You may schedule an initial evaluation directly or request a consultation to ensure a good fit. Once scheduled, you will receive intake forms and instructions prior to your first visit.

A consultation is optional. Some individuals prefer a brief conversation before scheduling, while others choose to proceed directly with an initial evaluation.

The initial evaluation is a comprehensive and thoughtful assessment of your concerns, history, and goals. Time is taken to understand your experiences and discuss appropriate treatment options.

Care is provided for a range of outpatient concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, mood symptoms, sleep concerns, and life transitions.

Medication may be recommended when appropriate, with decisions made collaboratively based on your needs, preferences, and clinical considerations.

Therapy can be incorporated into visits as an optional add-on, with a focus on CBT-based approaches. If you are interested, you may request sessions that include both medication management and psychotherapy.

Currently, all visits are conducted via telehealth. In the future, in-person services may be available for patients who prefer it or for treatments that require in-person care, such as ketamine therapy or TMS.

You must be physically located in Virginia or Maryland at the time of your appointment.

This is a private-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service.
